Pure Evils who are rivals to others, usually a hero. These type of villains are often seen being competitive in fights and competing with others for power. However, Pure Evils do not have shared mutual respect for their rivals as individuals. They either understand the strength of their rivals or are fascinated by their powers, but they don't show honor or respect towards them.
