Pure Evils who are rivals to others usually the hero. These type of villains are often seen being competitive in fights and competing with others for power. However, these type of villains do not have shared mutual respect for their rivals as individuals. Pure Evil villains either respect the strength of their rivals or are fascinated by their powers, but they do not show honor or respect towards them.
