Pure Evils who have the ability to warp reality itself. Pure Evils that manipulate the reality of a specific place can also count, (e.g. Freddy Krueger who manipulates the reality of the dream world). While it is true that they aren't impossible to defeat as there have been many reality warping villains who were defeated in their respective story, they will often be considered the most powerful beings in the universe and the hardest type of villain to defeat.
