Pure Evils who are the central characters of the stories they are in. This may also apply to deuteragonists (e.g. Femto, King Edward V), tritagonists (e.g. Donald Love, Masato Kusaka) or, in extremely rare cases, overarching protagonists (e.g. Leo Kasper, Aku, Megatron, Bill Cipher, William Afton, Akio Ohtori).

While many protagonists especially the villainous ones were mostly morally ambiguous or flawed, these types of protagonists are outright wicked, have zero redeeming qualities and the surrounding characters are visibly distressed or repulsed by their actions, thus meaning that they meet the criteria and that their roles as protagonists have nothing to do with their usual roles and motives (Dr. Gregory Butler, William Afton, The Lich, Art The Clown, Megatron, and The Ink Demon).

They are the opposite of heroic antagonists.
