“ | What truth? That I plucked the cogs from your newborn chests? Forced you to mine so I could pay off the Quintessons and live like a king? None of that matters because the truth is What! I! Make it! | „ |

Pure Evil Villains who spread propaganda. These villains spread false information to people to demonize an individual or a group of people. These villains can also use propaganda to make themselves look good to others so that they can trust them. While they are not entirely wrong about what they say or certain points, they will most often be hypocrites for those mentioned reasons. (e.g.: They demonize one group of people, yet the propagandist does worse things). Regardless of whether or not every propagandist is a hypocrite, that is neither a redeeming quality nor a way to excuse their actions.
