Oppressors

Oppressors demean, victimize and/or demoralize groups of people or even entire societies. This is usually done by Tyrant standards but may be achieved by anyone from Control Freaks to Socio-Political Movements.

In general Oppressors will be more concerned with keeping victims in line as opposed to outright harming them although they will not hesitate to murder anyone against them.
