Pure Evils who only appear in one episode of a TV show or other episodic series. While just appearing in one episode of a television show generally doesn't guarantee a villain to display all their evilness in comparison to recurring antagonists (sometimes Pure Evils as well) who appear much more, these kind of villains manage to stand out with all their available resources and even challenge some of said show's evil standards (i.e., a Pure Evil main villain likes to kill people and wants to conquer the world, but a Pure Evil one-shot villain desires to destroy the world just for the sake of it).
A villain can still count as a one-shot if their other appearances were simply cameos. Otherwise, they cannot count as their full appearances if they appear in more than one episode. Furthermore, Pure Evil villains who have cooling-off periods cannot count at all.
Pure Evils who come from movies, video games, books, etc. do not count and should not be added to this category, even if their roles are minor.
