Pure Evils who possess either Nigh-Omniscience or Omniscience, this is where the worst of all villains not only know more about just about almost or everything and everyone within a series, but know the difference of right and wrong far beyond the capacity of normal and even genius intelligence.
Some of the worst cases of a villain possessing this level of intelligence is how good of a master mind they can be with their individual capability, in getting into the hero characters heads of being a corrupting deal making influence on them in pulling off a persuasion of their needs and desire, getting them into potential blackmailing, debt and dire consequences.
Like Eldritch Abominations, it is uncommon for a Pure Evil who has total Nigh-Omniscient and Omniscient to qualify on this category as many of them are beyond the moral judging type of Amoral, however if the villain has shown by human understanding to be of wicked selfish doings than ones who do it for beyond comprehension reasons than they can fit into this category.
