Pure Evils who do not speak. These villains either voluntarily choose not speak or are incapable of speaking. This category is also for characters who have been said by other characters to speak, but they are not witnessed doing so by the audience/readers.

Villains who don't talk on screen at all are difficult to qualify as Pure Evil since they usually lack personality and a clear pattern. However, some can portray a personality and a motif through their actions and can qualify if they meet all the criterias.
