Pure Evils who have murdered others. Usually this is just either a single victim or up to four or five people.

Note: Pure Evils under this category can never be under Zero Kill Count Pure Evils for obvious reasons, so you could consider this category the opposite to that. Likewise, while it's common for lots of Pure Evils to have their crimes involve murdering others through serial killing, mass murder, genocide, omnicide, etc. not all Pure Evils have to be murderous in order to count (e.g. Coachman, Cecil Creepler, Hadrian, Werthrent, Andy Evans, Leo Humphries). Also, do NOT overlap with Serial Killers.
