A Pure Evil who is a master of a hero, are usually not in pleasant cases, with the best case scenerio is if they were fallen heroes at being heroes master, however in some of the worst cases, characters who the fictional and real life audience look up to are placed in a dominated vulnerable situation in being controlled as a slave in doing their masters bidding or else, or sometimes whenever the master wants to be sadistic to them anyways. They are the opposites of Masters of a Villain.
