His eyes, unfathomably empty, devoid of all compassion, all humanity... No one has eyes like that... no one!
~ Captain America, on Red Skull.

Marvel is a long-running franchise mostly known for comic books. They, alongside DC, arguably became the reason for widespread appeal and distribution of the Western superhero genre, which they continue to this day, expanding into many platforms such as games and movies.

Marvel and DC are notable for having among the largest cast of villains in the Western comic book industry, and as such, both have a sizeable cast of villains who are even worse than your average supervillain, earning a place as Pure Evil. And while Cassandra Nova and Kang the Conqueror are obviously the most evil Marvel villains shown on a screen, that doesn't mean they are the only Marvel Pure Evils, with several other evildoers such as Infinity Ultron, Paradox, Dormammu, and several more standing out as irredeemably heinous in their own right among the thousands of villains in the franchise as well.
