Pure Evils who are under the Lawful Evil alignment. This type of Pure Evil primarily oppresses others and harasses people with rules. Primarily dictators, soldiers, and powerful people fall into this category.

Examples of Pure Evils that correspond to Lawful Evil: Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, Lieutenant Obsidian, Grand Moff Tarkin, Raven Beak, Light Yagami, Judge Claude Frollo, Captain Vidal, Sauron, Sal, Emperor Belos, Horde Prime, Heinrich Himmler, M. Bison, Megatron, Thragg, Darkseid, Princess Shroob, Samuel Norton, and Dolores Umbridge.

The Pure Evils opposite these are Chaotic Evil, their Heroic Counterparts are Lawful Good, and their complete opposites are Chaotic Good.

Note: Not all tyrants are automatically Lawful. Some are Chaotic, such as Aku, and have no rules aside from their whims. Some are Neutral, such as Ozai, and are occasionally willing to bend rules to get what they want.
