Pure Evils who are under the Lawful Evil alignment. This type of Pure Evil primarily oppresses others and harasses people with rules. Primarily dictators, soldiers, and powerful people fall into this category.

The Pure Evils opposite these are Chaotic Evil, their Heroic Counterparts are Lawful Good, and their complete opposites are Chaotic Good.

Note: Not all tyrants are automatically Lawful. Some are Chaotic, such as Aku, and have no rules aside from their whims. Some are Neutral, such as Scar and Emperor Palpatine, and are occasionally willing to bend rules to get what they want.
