Pure Evil Villains from horror works, movies and books. These villains are by all means taken seriously in-story and in-universe by the other characters as they inspire horror, fear and revulsion on everyone that opposes them, types of horror pure evils include monsters, ghosts, vampires, zombies, werewolves, witches, Ghouls, demons, possessed objects, evil AI, mummies, mutants, vicious animals, serial killers, cults and cult leaders, rapists, torturers, snuff filmers, psychopaths, aliens, mutants, cannibals and mutilators.

They are given little to no comedic traits as that would eliminate their scares and if they were comedic then their humor would be cruel, morbid and sadistic. For pure evils that display comedic traits but still taken seriously they fall under Laughably Evil.
