Light Yagami says this page is rotten. It must be dealt with to create a new, better wiki. Homicidal has been targeted for deletion for the following reason(s): Too generic for PEs. Except for a small group of zero-kill-count ones, most PEs fall into this category by default. Compared with this, "non-homicidal" Pure Evils are more noteworthy. Villains with desires to kill; it doesn't always have to be successful. Examples of those who have a Zero Kill Count overall but still tried and failed to murder someone include Lotso and Peter Stegman.
