Harbingers for Rebirth are villains who not only want to destroy entire worlds, universes, multiverses or realms but want to rebirth them and remake them in their own image. They are often considered among the worst Pure Evil villains as they seek not only to dominate everything but to completely destroy and recreate it in their own image.
