Fanatics are villains who are religious zealots or motivated by an insane devotion to religious or spiritual belief or practice. Pure Evil Fanatics often use their beliefs as a veil to mask or justify their atrocities and heinous acts. Most Fantics are hard to qualify as pure evils due to their seperate religious beliefs, despite it sounding bizarre, but if they choose to spread those insane beliefs for the purpose to cause disorder and maybe even suffering, then they can qualify.
