I wonder who the real cannibals are.
~ Professor Harold Monroe, after finding out the truth behind Alan Yates and his crew, who turned out to be a lot worse than the Ya̧nomamö Tribe, as the tribe killed Yates and his crew for their offensive and destructive atrocities against their land; often seen as a hint of morality message in Cannibal Holocaust.

Pure Evil Villains who come from works that are intentionally disturbing and/or controversial.

Exploitation villains can only qualify as Pure Evil if the work they come from uses the disturbing content to send a message or moral. They will be automatically disqualified if their actions are solely played for shock value, as those stories don't have a solid distinction between good and evil. The reason for this is because when a villain does something evil, they have to harm something that has real admirable value.
