Pure Evils who have fought against another villain due to varying levels of opposition. The other evil villain might have standards, might be in the way of the PE villain's goals, or is easy bait for a sadistic attack. Some good examples being Freddy Krueger vs. Jason Voorhees, The End vs. Dr. Eggman, as well as Emperor Palpatine vs. Darth Maul.
