Pure Evils that were created. These villains were not born but were made by another individual for specific purposes. These Evil Creations have a clear moral agency and are free to do what they want.

For obvious reasons, Artificial Intelligence must fall under this category whether they were once created for good or they were created for evil purpose in the first place.

In many cases, these creations turn against their creators for their own purposes. If they're created by heroes or other good people to be forces of good, then that means they have NOT started off evil and therefore should also fall under Wholly Debased for this reason (e.g. Infinity Ultron, Mother Brain, PAMA) However, this doesn't apply to creations that weren't created with good intentions at all (e.g. Mephiles the Dark)
