Pure Evil Villains who enforce the authorities of a higher power. These villains are often right-hands or minions to another character who they follow. These enforcers are known to be ruthless while carrying out the authority of their leaders and are willing to commit heinous acts.

• However, enforcing orders and carrying out authority isn't the same as loyalty, as many enforcers have agendas of their own and are perfectly willing to betray their superiors if they believe it pays off.

Some could enforce the law like many Lawful Evils, or even suicide or any other crimes upon targets like any Neutral or Chaotic Evils. Although, some Lawful Evils can enforce such actions for others to do as well.
