Pure Evils who are dimwits. These type of villains are simple-minded and they very often require the assistance of more intelligent villains.
Unlike their more intelligent counterparts, they choose to act without putting much thought into their actions or how their actions could affect themselves and others around them. In general, being a dimwit can linger into meaning that a villain may be too incompetent to be Pure Evil, but they can still qualify in one of two ways.
- They have enough physical strength, wealth, authority, etc. to compensate for their low intelligence (e.g. King Runeard, Rabban Harkonnen, William Rawlins, "Robbin' Big" Jack Horner, and STFTD!Bluebeard).
- They are given an opportunity to cause serious harm and take advantage of that opportunity (e.g. Peter Craig, Sam Choksey, and Arthur Walsh).
