I am a man of considerable private means, Inspector, but I'll tell you what I put a price on far beyond rubies. My good name. Now, you say I would put this at risk, for what? A pocket full of change? Really?
~ Gerald Wintergreen mocking Inspector Fred Thursday.

  • Government Agents who either work for the government or are the entities related to them who abuse their powers in order to enforce whatever order they wish in certain places (e.g. Agent Trout, Daniel Harper, and Agent 23,).

  • Lawyers who are mostly well versed in either a fantasy, sci-fi, or realistic world, usually upholding the rule of law and ensure that individuals have access to justice but there are some who do exploit loopholes to commit crimes or aid criminals (e.g. Manfred von Karma). Many are serious crimes.
  • Judges that are supposed to be fair with the laws can sometimes falsely accuse someone of a crime they didn't commit just to satisfy themselves in their own way of twisted justice (e.g. Judge Claude Frollo, Judge Doom, Judge Holden, Judge Turpin, and Thomas Danforth).
  • Businesspeople or Ceo's who usually work or perhaps own businesses or corporations that are going to be involving evil schemes to the table (e.g. William Afton, Patrick Bateman, Poppy Adams, Frank Underwood, Dominic Greene, and Big Jack Horner). They can also be the main boss and have employees have their pay smaller for something personal or can also be a high-ranking employee of those companies.
  • Doctors and Scientists who are normally supposed to heal others or research anyways of saving more lives in certain crisis but there can some who are involved with fraud or corrupt enough to think about taking over the world, depending on the setting. NOT ALL OF THEM are officials. • Spies or sometimes called secret agents and so on who watch and gather information on them without their targets knowing, using espionage and other dirty tactics to achieve their own goals (e.g. Ben Childress and Willaim Rawlins (Marvel)).

They use religion and faith for their own devious and evil purposes, some can also be members that only use the word of whatever god they believe in, depending on their faiths and religion it can vary, as excuses to get away with corrupt actions. (e.g. Cardinal Sin, Judge Claude Frollo, Mohg The Lord of Blood, Mola Ram, Dr. Facilier, Bishop Ladja, The Lich, and Aamon)
