Pure Evil Wiki

Pure Evils in works primarily targeted at children. They tend to be quite shocking in their level of villainy, but are not always considered Game Changers if the medium happens to be dark already, even if it is a comedy, or they are too laughably evil to the point where the tone does not change even during their presence.

They are the exact inverted opposite of Children's Entertainment Pure Goods.

The maximum that this category can go is a PG-13, T or PEGI 12 age rating (it is also possible "although somewhat rare" for Pure Evils from TV-14 shows to go here) , as anything for R, M or PEGI 18-rated ages or higher should be put into the Mature category, as this is a contrast to it.
