If I don't see a new door in my station in five seconds, I will personally put you THROUGH THE SHREDDER!!
~ Randall Boggs threatening to kill his assistant Jeff Fungus if he doesn't see a new door in his station in five seconds.
Muzan: Are you more afraid of demon hunters than you are of me?
Mukago: ...No!
Muzan: Every time you run into a Hashira, the only thing on your mind is escape?
Mukago: Oh no, thats not what I'm thinking! I'll put my own life on the line to fight for you!
Muzan: Are you refuting what I just said?
~ Muzan Kibutsuji killed his minion Mukago just because she denied his words.

A sub-type of Leaders, Bad Bosses are Pure Evil villains who show how evil they are by callously mistreating and killing their own minions, not only because of their failures, but because they can, or they outlived their usefulness. By principle, this often applies to any PE villains who have expendable minions. In many cases, the results of such callous behavior are harmful for the bad boss themselves as well (e.g. Scar was eaten alive by the hyenas after he pinned the blame of Mufasa's death on them).

They are the opposite of Benevolent Bosses.

NOTE: Not all PEs with minions are automatically bad bosses. Some of them are pragmatic enough to avoid mistreating those who act as their subordinates. Despite it not contrasting their common enormity, some may otherwise prove to be fairly good bosses. (e.g. Shan Yu, Sir Miles Axlerod, Professor Zündapp, Dag, ENeMeE, Dr. Facilier, Princess Shroob, Decagrammaton, Enmu, Bob Barnes, Ke-Pa, Cooler, Donald Love, and Cipher).
