Artificial Intelligence or AI are villains who are technology based. These types of villains can either be robots, programmings, or artificial synthetic lifeforms. Though some villainous AI cannot qualify as Pure Evil since they have no moral agency, Pure Evil AI can provided that their moral agency is explicit and they meet all other Pure Evil criteria.

In some cases, if the AI is created to be good but then turns bad, they should also fall under Wholly Debased since they had to be designed as good guys during their programming (e.g. Infinity Ultron, Freddy Fazbear, Mother Brain, PAMA, Monika) However this doesn't apply to AI who weren't created with good intentions at all.
