Pure Evils who are defined by their arrogance. These villains are very prideful and overconfident in their skills and abilities. Often, this ultimately leads to their downfall as they overestimate themselves and underestimate their opponents.

NOTE: Not all Pure Evils have to be considered Arrogant as some may just cross the heinous standard by doing depraved actions without displaying sinister overestimating pride and overconfidence in themselves nor by showing underestimation toward their enemies. Examples include General Morando, Cursa, and Arthur Walsh.

They are the opposite of insecure Pure Goods.
