These are Pure Evil villains who also serve as the main enemies of the protagonists, standing out from the rest of the heroes' enemies y either being a total antithesis of the hero, their strongest enemies, have the strongest connections to the heroes' past, their most personal enemy, or the most recurring threat they fight.
