Pure Evil Villains who abuse, mistreat, and kill animals, or animal-like creatures. They may due so due to pragmatic reasons, like Keith Kepler, or out of malice/sadism with no pragmatic intent, like Vontra.

Villains who are animals can not count for this category in most cases, and should generally go under predators. However, exceptions can be found: for example, if said character is an anthropomorphic animal that is cruel to non-anthropomorphic animals (e.g. Shift, Napoleon), or in extreme cases (e.g. Beast the One, One-Eye). They are the opposites of Animal Kindness Pure Goods.
