NO DECEPTION MY DEAR. JUST TAKE MY HAND. YOU'RE THE NEWEST PAWN IN MY DIGITAL LAND. LET'S DISCARD THE MUNDANE. RELINQUISH THE TRITE. 'CAUSE FROM MY POSITION, YOU'RE LOSING THIS FIGHT
~ Caine encouraging Pomni to give up her past and become part of the circus.
♫IF YOU WANNA KEEP YOUR MIND, SOON YOU'LL FIND, YOU'LL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE IF YOU FALL IN LINE. LEARN FROM THOSE WHO CAME BEFORE, IF YOU WANNA SURVIVE WHAT WE GOT IN STORE, YOU'D BEST OBEY
~ The main chorus of the song.
♫I'M NOT TRYING TO SCARE. JUST BE PREPARED FOR AN ETERNITY IN HERE. I'LL BE CLEAR, IF YOU WANNA SURVIVE YOUR NEW CAREER, YOU'D BEST OBEY
~ Caine singing the second part of the chorus.

Caine is the main antagonist of The Amazing Digital Circus fan-song "OBEY" created by Shavs Media Productions.

He is the goofy ringmaster of The Amazing Digital Circus who seeks to make his human subjects completely obey his every word and give up all hope of trying to escape for the sake of serving him by putting on a friendly facade and using the past victims of abstraction to try and prove why complete subservience is the better option,

He was voiced by the Nerdcore Artist longestsoloever, who also voices The End's male vocals in his song The End Of All Things.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • Lacks any of his canon counterpart's redeeming traits and is portrayed as nothing but an arrogant tyrant who wants everyone to serve him blindly while being completely aware of the suffering his realm is causing.
  • He trapped several human subjects into The Amazing Digital Circus, causing them to forgot who they were and to slowly lose their minds for the rest of eternity with no known exit, essentially placing them in a Fate Worse Than Death.
  • Caused seven of his subjects to completely lose their minds and abstract, turning them into feral monsters before promptly placing them in his cellar. Completely uncaring of how much suffering they were going through, only being mildly irritated at the fact that they didn't give up and submit.
    • While he didn't want said subjects to abstract and tries to discourage this behavior, this is not out of any genuine care for his subjects, and only because he wants everyone to obey his every command. This is without mentioning that he is fully willing to use their failures to keep sane as a subtle threat to discourage others from trying to find an exit.
  • While he does have a few comedic moments, none of them detract from his villainy, as his crimes are still played with complete gravity, his goofy demeanor only serving to show how cruel and apathetic he is to everyone's suffering and how he views it all as a joke.
  • He is shown to be completely uncaring of his members' losing their minds, such as when he acknowledges Kinger's insanity as "horrifying" before promptly dismissing it like it was nothing.
  • Unlike his canon counterpart, who is a misguided AI who wants to keep his circus members safe, this version only wants to dominate them to obedience and abusement.

Trivia[]

  • He is the first The Amazing Digital Circus character to be Pure Evil despite being fanon. He is also the only version of Caine to be considered Pure Evil as of now.
  • His Pure Evil status is actually rather ironic, as AM, a fellow Pure Evil, served as a large piece of inspiration for the original version of Caine, so the fact that there is a version of him that qualifies is pretty fitting.
