Butch Cavendish is the secondary antagonist of the 2013 Disney film The Lone Ranger, based on the radio show character of the same name.
He is a ruthless and notorious outlaw infamous for his cannibalistic tendencies. In the past, Cavendish allied himself with Latham Cole and massacred a Comanche tribe after they helped them to find silver. He is the archenemy of John Reid/The Lone Ranger.
He was portrayed by William Fichtner.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- Killed Dan Reid and his rangers team except for John Reid, the Lone Ranger, showing no remorse for it.
- Helped Latham Cole massacre the Comanche tribe, every one of them except for Tonto remained.
- Ate Dan's heart after gunning him down.
- Sought to wipe out the Comanche tribe and anyone else who gets in his way. He is also ungrateful to some of the Comanche who saved him and responded by killing them.
- Although he allied himself with Latham Cole, he isn’t loyal to him in any way. Both showing hatred to each other.
