Are you ready to die painfully?
~ Bryan Fury.

Bryan Fury is a major antagonist in the Tekken franchise.

He is a corrupt cop who was resurrected by a mad scientist after being shot to death in a shootout in Hong Kong, and turned into a cyborg during revival, and later turn into a destructive cyborg who only desires destruction and chaos across the world to fulfill his sadistic pleasure, which makes him as the vilest villain/fighter in the series.

He was voiced by David Schaufele in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection and Tekken 6, while he was voiced by both Keith Silverstein and Japanese voice actor Tomokazu Seki in Street Fighter X Tekken, the latter English actor voices, Isshiki Otsutsuki in Boruto, Masayoshi Shido in Persona 5, Juzo Mido in Code Vein and Hammerhead in Marvel's Spider-Man. His voice actor is not credited nor mentioned in Tekken 7.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • Even before he was a cyborg, he was a corrupt cop who was involved with drugs and worked with the cops just to satisfy his own ego.
  • Despite being programmed and created by Dr. Abel as a perfect killing machine, he killed the scientist anyway after the fourth King of Iron Fist tournament ended. Furthermore, he has clear moral agency since he is capable of manipulating others after being programmed for his own favor.
  • Thanked Dr. Bosconovitch for installing a perpetual generator in his body by nearly killing him and killing all of Manji clan members that were protecting him out of sheer sadism.
  • Attempted to kill Yoshimitsu for constantly thwarting his perpetual generator's potential.
  • When the world is at war thanks to the Mishima Zaibatsu and G Corporation, Bryan continued causing mayhem for the thrill of it, caring less about the ongoing war.
  • Used the Survivors of the G corporation Human experiments as bait to lure the protagonists into fighting him in Scenario Campaign.
  • Sees the installation of a perpetual generator in his body as nothing more than a test run.
  • Whenever his perpetual generator's potential gets thwarted, he starts destroying everything in sight until he grew bored of the never-changing battlefields.
  • Lives for nothing more than pure destruction, carnage, warfare and death.
  • Starting with Tekken 4 (except in Tekken Tag Tournament 2), he brutally beats his opponents senselessly even after winning the match, all while laughing maniacally and shouting "Die!".
  • Although there are multiple heinous villains who have done worse (such as Azazel and Kazuya), Bryan Fury stands out with his resources.
