Broly is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Metal Sonic) of the fan film Sonic the Hedgehog: Two Worlds Collide by SXR123.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
In General[]
- While it was revealed he was revived by an Evil Dark Orb Entity in the first place at the end, there is no proof he was influenced or mind controlled and more likely it just revived Broly and let him do his actions on his own.
- While he did attempt to kill the heroes throughout the movie, he isn't an "Kill the Heroes" Villain since it was out of sheer sadism and attempted it brutally. Plus he has other crimes under his belt to be heinous.
- Unlike his Dragon Ball Z Movies Version, he has no sense of honor, being a heartless sadistic brutal killer and has zero moral agency issues as shown he was able to converse and taunt the heroes in his Legendary Super Sayain Form calm and rationally.
- Despite having to compete with Metal Sonic, Broly stands out for his sadism, personal villainy to Goku and being a major threat to the heroes.
Sonic the Hedgehog: Two Worlds Collide[]
- Implied to committed the same crimes as his Dragon Ball Z Movies version.
- He attempted to brutally kill Goku and Vegeta in his attempt of going after the Dragon Balls for immortality.
- When Sonic, Goku, Amy and Tails were searching for the Dragon Balls, when he was looking for one he attempted to brutally kill them out of sadism and toyed with them as their fight caused destruction around the area they are in.
- When Shadow, Knuckles and Vegeta was looking for an Emerald
- While Broly leveled the city offscreen, the aftermath was shown with it’s injured or dead citizens of the city inhabited Sonic OCs and Broly in the middle of it so it don't rely on fridge-horror.
- He had an second run with Sonic, Goku, Amy and Tails in attempt of getting an Dragon Ball where he ends up triggering an avalanche that nearly buried the heroes alive and nearly brutally killing them before running off with the Dragon Ball he stolen from Goku.
- When he was confronted Goku in his Super Sayain 3 Form and brutally attempted to kill him while taunting and toying with only stopped by Sonic and Shadow’s intervention where he seemly kills the two hedgehogs which makes them drop the Chaos Emeralds they had.
- When he was approached by Metal Sonic where the robot used the Chaos Emeralds to turn into his Neo Mecha Sonic Form and offered him an deal; Either join him or be destroyed where Broly laughed in defiance and their fight ends up causing damage to Angel Island. While he was overwhelmed at first due to underestimating the robot, he eventually powers up where he manages to overpower Neo Mecha Sonic and destroy him out of sadism so it isn't out of self defense.
- He would battle Gogeta and attempt to kill him out of sadism only narrowly being defeated when he absorbs the Master Emerald’s energy when he came across it to power himself up and slowly attempt to kill him out of sadism only for Sonic and Shadow to join the fight as Shadic.
- During the final battle he attempt to brutally kill Gogeta and Shadic brutally and out of sadism while toying and taunting them in the fight.
- His defeat was played for satisfaction where he defeated and imprisoned. While it is unknown after became of him, but if the vision Broly from the Evil Dark Entity is shown to be him then him divided into Kid Buu and Chaos to cause trouble in Sonic and Dragon Ball Worlds isn’t played for any sympathy at all, given his crimes.
Trivia[]
- He is so far the only version of Broly to be Pure Evil.
- While he may be Pure Evil right now, it may be challenged when the sequel Sonic the Hedgehog: Two Worlds Collide 2 comes out since Dr. Eggman is the main antagonist and his actions could end up having the work's heinous standard could be changed, in addition if it is revealed or confirmed that Broly was influenced or controlled by the Evil Dark Orb Entity, he could have his Pure Evil status stripped away since he would have moral agency issues but there isn't onscreen proof or anything to confirm it right now so he is still Pure Evil currently.
