Robert "Bob" Goodall is the main antagonist of the 1997 action film Switchback. He is a serial killer and rapist of women, and archenemy of protagonist Frank LaCrosse.

He is portrayed by Danny Glover, who also portrayed Colonel Johnson in Shooter.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • He murders at least 18 people.
  • He kidnaps Frank LaCrosse's son.
  • He murders the boy's babysitter.
  • He leaves a cruel, taunting note for LaCrosse to find.
  • He befriends Lane Dixon for the sole purpose of framing him.
  • He murders several of Dixon's friends and aquaintances to make it look like he is the killer.
  • He makes LaCrosse believe that Dixon is the killer.
  • He purposely gets into a car accident that injures Lane just to hide from the police.
  • He stabs one of his own friends to death after the man accidentally reveals that he is the killer.
