He was portrayed by Mark H. Dold.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• He is a member of a pedophile ring that exploits street children and orphans.
• He routinely kidnaps, rapes, and tortures children.
• He exploits his victims for child pornography, making money off of their suffering by livestreaming the rape and torture he commits.
  • During the livestreams, other pedophiles would suggest what sex acts Clinton should commit next.
• He often sells his victims into prostitution once he tires of them or they outgrow his age preference.
• He kidnapped and raped Teddy Courtney and Jocelyn Cerpaski.
  • He forced Teddy to rape Jocelyn on camera.
  • He is indirectly responsible for Teddy becoming a prostitute.
• He tricks Henry Thorne's mother into selling the boy to him by posing as the head of an adoption agency.
