| ~ Blackwolf rallying his troops |
Blackwolf is the main antagonist of the 1977 animated film Wizards.
He is a power-hungry mutant dictator who uses Nazi propaganda to rally his fellow mutants into conquering the world.
He is voiced by the late Steve Gravers.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- As a child, he uses his powers to torture animals and bend others to his will.
- After his mother died, he engaged in a duel with his brother for the throne, attempting to kill him in the process.
- He ruled the kingdom of Scorch as a cruel despot.
- When he found out that his son would be born a mutant like him, he replied that "The next one won't be...", heavily implying that he plans on murdering his own child once he's born-something which is further confirmed by his mistress panicking and pleading him not to do so as he walks away.
- He assembled an army of demons, mutants, trolls, goblins and orcs and led several failed invasions of Montagar.
- His numerous invasions of Montagar led to numerous civilian casualties including a church full of innocent people and a Deacon being massacred by his army.
- He used Nazi propaganda to both motivate his troops to commit genocide, and to both distract and confuse his opponents, making it easier for his troops to slaughter them.
- He decimated Montagar's elf, dwarf and faerie armies.
- Brainwashed Elinore with his black magic into betraying his brother and killing Peace.
Trivia[]
- He, alongside Miss America, Saruman, and Lord Nekron, are the only four Ralph Bakshi villains to be Pure Evil.
