Time to have that ice cream. Such a pretty one. Do you like the music? I like the music very much. Would you like to you dance? Just you and me. But first... I scream, you scream. We all scream for ice cream! Chocolate pecan, strawberry whirl! All... very good!
~ Billy to Cyan Fitzgerald.

Billy Kincaid is one of the main antagonists of the first season of Todd McFarlane's Spawn. Billy is a pedophile and serial killer who rapes and murders children. He is the illegitimate son of senator Scott McMillan, who has covered up his son's terrible secret for many years.

He was voiced by Ronny Cox, who also portrayed Richard Jones in Robocop.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • While he had a tragic and sympathetic backstory of being born as the illegitimate son of senator McMillan, it doesn't hold up or excuse his actions at all, because he murdered dozens of innocent young girls, by violently raping, murdering and mutilating them. Also, he shows glee whenever he does this, and never shows remorse for his evil atrocities.
  • No matter how polite and calm he may seen, this is just a facade to hide his actual ruthless, treacherous and heartless nature, because he never shows any genuine compassion towards his victims and towards mankind itself. In fact he himself made clear multiple times that he despises people.
  • He kidnapped Cyan by stealing the girl and murdering one of Tony Twist's goons. Also, while the thug likely deserved this death, because he kidnapped the girl on the orders of Twist, but Kincaid didn't plan to save the child, but just kill Cyan himself.
  • His eventual defeat and death at the hands of Spawn and later Violator weren't played for sympathy at all, because of his detestable actions, and the fact that he never showed nothing redeeming or even comedic about himself.
  • It's implied that his soul would suffer an eternal torment in hell for his atrocious crimes.
  • Despite the high heinous standards of the series, Billy stands out for lack of resources, because he was an ordinary human without supernatural powers and while his atrocities were apparently much less dangerous, but not less heinous and evil than those committed by Malebolgia, Jason Wynn and Violator.
