Billy Kincaid is a major antagonist in the Spawn comic book series. He is a pedophile and child murderer who served Malebolgia after his death at Spawn's hands and since he became a hellspawn.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- He brutally murdered Senator Paul Jennings' eight-year-old daughter, Amanda, which led to Paul's ex-wife being devastated, causing him to later hire Al to assassinate Kincaid.
- Despite his "good behavior" during his time in prison, it was not at all genuine but rather a ruse to get himself early parole and have his sentence reduced from 22 years to 6 years.
- After being released from the institution, he kidnaps and murders children by luring them into his ice cream truck.
- He rapes and murders 27 children and leaves no evidence of wrongdoing.
- He uses his father's political connections to get away with murder and frames Kyle Watson for his crimes.
- He kidnaps Wanda's daughter, Cyan, and tries to kill her.
- He leads the police and Spawn into a high-speed chase.
- Following his death, he becomes Malebolgia's servant and battles Spawn in Hell.
- In Hell, he fakes friendship with a little girl named Jessica (who is revealed to be the Vindicator) and tries to strangle her.
- When his ghost arrives on Earth, he forces people to act out their most violent impulses and damns the souls of the people he inhabits, with each murder making him grow stronger. He also causes a police officer's death by possessing him and forcing Twitch to shoot him.
- He torments Christopher and forces him to watch him kill children, causing Christopher's eyes to brutally burn out of their sockets.
- He plotted to kill Spawn and Raptore.
