William "Billy" Blim is the main antagonist of the Angel one-shot episode "Billy".
He is a demon/human hybrid who has the power to corrupt men into wanting to kill women by his touch/bodily fluids.
He was portrayed by Justin Shilton.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He brings out the inner misogyny in men-driving them to want to kill women, in many cases their own wives-even succeeding once and later being imprisoned in a hell dimension for his actions.
- Makes it clear his motives are that he sees women as nothing but whores and men as weak for willing to put away anything for them. What makes him even more deprived is he seems to believe men are worst, yet women are the ones who die by his own actions.
- When he is freed from the hell dimension by Lilah Morgan, he shows his gratitude by touching one of her employees, Gavin, driving him to beat her and smiling sadistically as he hears her scream.
- When he's arrested, he touches the male cop which causes him to give the female cop a bloody nose-resulting in him being shot dead out of self-defense, just so he can escape.
- Leaves a blood sample behind for Wesley to take and study-which results in one of the darker moments of Angel where he tries to kill Fred. Gunn later attempts the same thing from picking up the sample to look at it.
- Blackmails his cousin into giving him money to fly to Santa Monica so he can escape the authorities (and most likely corrupt more men) by threatening to infect his guests at a party.
- When Cordelia and Angel have him cornered, he touches Angel's face, knowing that he's a vampire, in hopes of watching him kill Cordelia. When Angel reveals he's immune to his powers, Billy angrily tries to beat him to death and absorbs energy from Hell in an attempt to kill them both.
