Bibidi is the overarching antagonist of Majin Buu saga in Dragon Ball Z, and one of the overarching antagonists in Dragon Ball Daima, He is the one who ordered the creation Majin Buu from Marba several millions of years ago to dominate the universe. He is also the father of Babidi.
In Japanese, he is voiced by the late Isamu Tanonaka, while in English, he is voiced Duncan Brannan in the Funimation dub and Terry Klassen in the Ocean Group dub, both of whom also voiced his son.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Had a witch from the Demon Realm named Marba create Majin Buu, a demon of pure destruction, so that he could rule the universe.
- He lied to Kid Buu that he's his creator, not out of any fondness, but only because he tried to kill him.
- Used a spell to control Buu by forcing him into a sealed ball whenever they traveled as Buu rampaged across the universe.
- Used Buu to destroy countless planets, resulting in countless deaths.
- He gleefully watched Buu terrorizing the people of Planet Alpha before destroying the planet.
- Ultimately decided to make Buu kill the Supreme Kais. As the Kais are the Gods of Creation, this risked universal destruction. This caused the demise of the North Supreme Kai and West Supreme Kai and absorption of South Supreme Kai and Grand Supreme Kai, the latter which led to the formation of Fat Buu. Even Beerus would have been killed had he succeeded, thus robbing Universe 7 of its God of Destruction.
- To make it worse, this would eventually lead to a future villain named Moro to go on a rampage throughout Universe 7 many years later due to the magic of the Grand Supreme Kai that contained Moro disappearing when Kid Buu died.
- He manipulated Fat Buu (who didn't know killing people was wrong) into doing his bidding with cake.
- This also shows that he doesn't really care about Buu and only sees him as a tool in his plans.
- He created Babidi, who had all his powers and memories, as a way to continue his legacy after his death.
- Despite them never interacting, it's made clear that he doesn't care for Babidi, considering that he is actually a clone/extension of himself, and only created him if his plans didn't go in his way.
- He arrived on Earth to destroy it with the help of Fat Buu, only for Shin, the sole surviving Supreme Kai, to prevent it by killing him and sealing Buu away.
- His actions directly led to the events of the Majin Buu saga, such as the destruction of Earth and the deaths of the Z-Fighters and all of humanity, which would also lead to the events of Dragon Ball Daima, since Gomah watched Goku's fight with Buu and turned him and his friends back into kids so they would be less of a threat.
- Despite his relatively short amount of screen time, he shows a full personality, such as when he shows sadism when Kid Buu destroys a planet and kills the Supreme Kais, shows fear and lies to Kid Buu that he is his father after the former glared at him and is shown to be manipulative when he manipulates Fat Buu with cake.
- While the Dragon Ball franchise has insanely high heinous standards, he passes them for being the one directly responsible for the actions of both Majin Buu and his son Babidi, as he was the one who ordered the former's creation and directly created the latter.

- Out of all Dragon Ball Pure Evils, Bibidi has the least screen time.
- His manga counterpart doesn't qualify because he didn't make any physical appearance and therefore doesn't have enough characterization.
