Dr. Ivo "Baron" Robotnik, better known as The Titan, and formerly known as Dr. Eggman, is a major antagonist in There's Something About..., serving as the posthumous overarching antagonist of the second chapter, There's Something About Knuckles. He is a mad man that has terrorized the city numerous times, making everyone who lived inside cower in fear. He is also responsible for the disappearance of Sonic the Hedgehog.
He is voiced by Steven Kelly.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Even before the events of There's Something About Knuckles, he was shown to have always been a cruel, cold-hearted individual who focused on destroying the city where Sonic and his friends resided for no legitimate reason.
- Broke the green Chaos Emerald in an attempt to gain its power, only for it to backfire as it ended up putting a curse on him that turned him into the first Titan.
- He killed dozens of innocent civilians before Sonic arrived.
- Took advantage of Sonic's kind nature by tricking the hedgehog into killing him so he would finally be free of the emerald's influence and pain that it was putting him through, being aware that the shards would end up possessing Sonic now that they needed a new vessel.
- Overall, he was the mastermind of the second installment of the series as he was responsible for what Sonic had become, indirectly killed millions of people and the land the cause of pain of the hearts of the heroes especially Knuckles.
- In the end, he ended up succeeding in his goals, as the entire planet and everyone on it, including Sonic and his friends, were destroyed when Knuckles turned himself into a Kaiju in a last ditch effort to stop Sonic, thus allowing Tails and Amy to recruit him and have him help in their future plans.
- While he may not be as heinous as Tails as he killed billions of people and M. Bison who started a war killing dozens, he still has passed the heinous standard as he caused every event in the second chapter of the There's Something About... series to happen.
- Despite being corrupted by the emerald and dying when he passed the burden onto Sonic, he was already a horrible person to begin with and was well aware of what he'd be doing to the hedgehog once he died. Even then, he doesn't regret the atrocities he committed during his time as the Titan, so he doesn't qualify as a scapegoat. If anything, he got what he deserved.
- He is indirectly responsible for Knuckles becoming the new Titan and wiping out the city.
- Although Mashed in general is played for black comedy, he never lightened the mood nor was he the subject of any jokes, not to mention that There's Something About... has a very serious and dark narrative

- He is currently one of the two Mashed villains to be Pure Evil along with M. Bison.
- He is the only Pure Evil version of Dr. Eggman to be fan-made.
