Fire the missiles! Destination: Washington! Moscow! Tokyo! Let's get this little cataclysmic global annihilation show on the road!
~ Bad Rap beginning his plan to start a nuclear war and wipe out Earth's population in Street Sharks.
T-Bone: No, stop! That weapon was designed for another dimension! Who knows what it'll do here!
Bad Rap: Heheh... Let's find out...
~ Bad Rap shortly before causing the K–T extinction event, in Extreme Dinosaurs.

Bad Rap is the evil leader of the Raptors (known as the Reckless Raptors in Extreme Dinosaurs) and the main antagonist of the third and final season of Street Sharks and its spin-off Extreme Dinosaurs.

He has two incarnations that slightly differ, between Street Sharks and Extreme Dinosaurs, but they're essentially the same character, backstory and color scheme aside.

In Street Sharks, he was voiced by Doug Parker, while in Extreme Dinosaurs he was voiced by Garry Chalk.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • Holds immense joy and fun when committing his horrible crimes, sometimes doing terrible things just because he can.
  • For at least thousands of years (his kind can live for millions of years, and he has possibly been alive for that long), he laid waste to entire worlds and plundered and pillaged wherever he went. This gets multiple confirmations, and that he has done this across multiple galaxies, including Bad Rap's own home planet.
  • If he lacked the resources or the numbers, he would simply use the planet's own technology and militaries against them, getting nations to war amongst themselves while he watched the fireworks from afar.
  • He spreads chaos and destruction for his own amusement, and belittles any species that isn't a Raptor like him, or even anyone that isn't him since he doesn't treat his fellow Raptors Haxx and Spittor with that much respect either. And unlike Haxx and Spittor who are also fairly horrible, he isn't disgusted by the disturbing (for them) use of fossil fuel that could involve dinosaurs like them.
  • Once on Earth, Bad Rap's plans span the whole globe, trying to get the humans to kill each other or blow up landmasses, hijack a facility or power plant or use geological hazards like tsunamis and earthquakes, all with the intent of melting the Arctic or set off a chain of volcanic eruptions to heat up the Earth, among many other plans.
  • He caused the mass extinction of the dinosaurs that wiped out 3/4 of all life on Earth, including Bad Rap's own raptor kind.
  • He manipulated and kept captive the only scientist who held the knowledge that an uncoming meteor over 14 times bigger than the one that took out the dinosaurs was on its way to Earth, packing enough force to knock Earth off its orbit and get it closer to the Sun, bringing the planet's temperature to a level where it would be impossible for humans to live in. And of course, the impact from such an object would decimate everything in Earth's surface, but naturally, the Raptors would be fine given that their superpowered bodies can withstand almost anything.
