Axel Capek is the head scientist of Ultor Corporation, also serving as the secondary antagonist in Red Faction.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• Performs extremely unethical experiments on humans and animals alike purely for profit and his own enjoyment.
• Created mutated creatures and unleashed a virus known as "The Plague", which are considered to be extremely lethal upon discovery inside a remote cave within Mars.
• Refuses to reveal the cure to Eos and Parker purely out of spite and pettiness.
• Despite his death, his legacy would continue on by his loyal scientists by continuing these grotesque experiments in secret. And Alec Mason refers to him as a "Creepy-looking bastard".
