He is played by Michael Kelly.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Supported the MASS System, whose true purpose is to mask the enemy civilians as monstrous Roaches, so that the soldiers can kill them.
- Encouraged the soldiers to be reliant on the MASS System, so that they don't doubt the system's true purpose.
- Recorded the footage of Stripes killing the Roaches, so that he can blackmail him.
- Checked Stripes's MASS System chip, so that the soldier doesn't know that he's been killing innocent people all this time.
- Tortured Stripes with the loop of him killing the Roaches in the enemy village.
- Brainwashed him by removing the memories of him killing the civilians, not out of any care for the soldier but to keep the truth about the military campaign hidden.
Trivia[]
- Arquette is the only Black Mirror Pure Evil to be a Karma Houdini by the end of his episode, but the roach in the episode 'Black Museum' gives the idea that Arquette and the true functionality of the MASS were discovered in the future.
