Anthony Rare, better known as Timeline 38 Anthony or Director Anthony, is the main antagonist of the Wattpad novel Star World: Damned. He is a sadistic filmmaker who makes profit out of using dead bodies as actors for his movies.
During a film festival, he greets a young filmmaker named Elliot Dexter into his headquarters, impressed by the prodigy of his test movie. Offering him to have it produced into a higher budget, he adds extremely realistic actors into his film to play the Star World characters, but in reality, they turn out to be dead corpses of people that Anthony had set up and killed to add into his cast. This caused Elliot's reputation to be ruined and even led to his arrest and near-execution. He fortunately managed to convince the police that Anthony is the one behind everything, causing the latter to be arrested and his company to be sued and bankrupt.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He lured a journalist named Marcos Carson into his company so he would be killed and become one of his actors for his snuff films.
- He created Gacha Cinema Inc., a snuff film company that produced successful movies for months, without anyone realizing that the actors were actually dead corpses, pretending that the company had high budget and allowed them to add more realistic effects(way too realistic as they were real dead bodies) into their movies.
- He kills several people to make them into actors for his movies, allowing him to gain fortune and fame out of them, as well as gaining attention from his fans.
- He turned Elliot Dexter's test film into a snuff movie, resulting in him being falsely blamed for the crimes and arrested, nearly getting executed.
- Nothing implies that he cares about his employees or co-producers, as they are simply doing their business for him.
- Even though Star World has a high heinous standard due to Sean Rairman, the story takes place in an alternate timeline and was confirmed as non-canon by it's creator, along with all the other spinoffs that he wrote on Wattpad, therefore Anthony Rare doesn't need to compete with her.
Trivia[]
- He is the first Star World character to be approved as Pure Evil. Even though Razor47 did propose Sean Rairman as Pure Evil, there was no public record of her doing so and this resulted in her proposal being deleted.
