~ Anthony Lilliman as he prepares to rape a young girl. |
Anthony Lilliman is a minor antagonist of the V for Vendetta limited comic book series, written by Alan Moore and illustrated by David Lloyd.
He is a pedophilic priest who works as the Bishop of London. An ally of the Norsefire Party, Lilliman often enjoys the visit of underage little girls he can molest and rape just so he can satiate his creepy lust.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He worked as the Chaplain of the Larkhill Ressetlement Camp, where English inhabitans who were political left-wingers, had other ethnicities than Caucasian or were members of the LGBT community, were tortured, mutated and killed under Commander Lewis Prothero's rule, but Lilliman did absolutely nothing other than "blessing" the inmates before their punishments and executions despite that his job as a clergyman consists in helping others and that he was assigned to report any "rules and rights" violations, keeping his silence in exchange of £200,000.
- Among all the inmates he allowed to be tortured, Lilliman was also particularly cruel to V alongside Prothero.
- While working at Larkhill, he spent most of his time leering at Dr. Deliua Surridge's chest and lusting for her.
- He spreads the Norsefire Party's bigoted and hateful ideology during mass once appointed as the Bishop of London.
- He employs an special sex agency, which sends him underage little girls every Sunday after finishing with his duties so he can molest and rape them to satisfy his lustful and pedophilic desires during his "children's hour".
- Has pictures and magazines full of child pornography stashed in his abode for his own pleasure.
- Being a pedophile, when he is notified that the girl the agency is sending him is relatively much older in comparison to his previous victims (the girl is, in secret, Evey Hammond, V's accomplice, Who could not pass off other than an already adolescent 15-year-old due to her actual older age), he complains that the girl is too old for him, but nonetheless tries to still force himself onto her only because convinced by her childlike appearance and clothing.
- Even when Evey, despite his horrendous actions, still tries to warn him about V's intentions to kill him so Lilliman will get her some kind of amnesty, his lecherous ways lead him to believe that Evey wants to play a sex game with him and tries to rape her although Evey smashed him with a book.
- Overall, he doesn't do what he preaches and utterly disrespects religion as he even expresses his surprise at how he will be tempted by the Lord with one of the Seven Deadly Sins, which is a total offense and insult to the Catholic Church.
Trivia[]
- Only Anthony Lilliman's comic book incarnation qualifies for Pure Evil status, since his film version has little screentime and isn't shown to possess child pornography, lacking heinousness in comparison to Adam Sutler, Peter Creedy and Lewis Prothero.
