Anthony "Tony" Damon is the overarching antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Angels". He operated a tour agency that also acted as a pedophile ring that smuggles young boys into the U.S. from Latin American countries and "adopts" them so his clients can sexually abuse them.
He was portrayed by Will Arnett.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He runs a tour agency that is secretly a pedophile ring where he takes pedophiles to foreign countries so that they can rape children. While not participating in the acts himself, he is responsible for the rapes of countless children, some of the abuse being filmed.
- He traffics children from Latin American countries into the U.S. and sells them to his pedophiles clients so that they can be sexually abused, fully knowing what will be done to them.
- He subjects children that he traffics to brutal surgeries to increase their valuer
- One of his clients is a sadistic pedophile, Bret Jansen, who violently rapes, beats, and pimps out the boys he purchases. When Ernesto and Jose, two of the boys Jansen was abusing run away, Jose dies and Ernesto is left severely traumatized, Damon being the one indirectly responsible for all of this.
- When questioned by the police after Bret Jansen is murdered, he tries to downplay his involvement to the child trafficking ring that he runs.
- When Detective Munch goes undercover as a pedophile client to Damon, Damon asks him his preference in what types of children he is attracted to and is ready to take him on a trip abroad to prey on young children.
- He admits he is not a pedophile like his clients and that he had only been in it for the money, showing he views children as nothing more than merchandise.
