What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
Universal Soldier[]
- He is a sadistic and cruel soldier who slaughtered innoncent Vietnamese people during Vietnam War and made the necklace with the ears he cut off from his victims.
- When confronted by Luc Deveraux while taking two Vietnamese villagers hostage, Scott ask him to prove his loyalty by killing the hostages, but Deveraux refuse. So Scott kills a Vietnamese man via headshot.
- While the Vietnamese woman tries to escape as Scott and Deveraux fight each other, Scott blow her up to death by throwing a grenade at her until Deveraux and Scott shoot each other to death.
- After being revived, along with the other deceased soldiers, as programmed soldiers known as "UniSols", they chase after the reporter Veronica Roberts and the cameraman Huey Taylor.
- After capturing the pair, while Scott demands Veronica to surrender, she refuses and Scott kills Huey via shot, which reminds Deveraux to one of the Vietnamese hostages being killed in the same way as Huey.
- After Deveraux gains most of his memories, he opposes Scott before escaping with Veronica, and Scott declares Luc as a traitor.
- As the leader of the UniSols Colonel Perry is about to cancel the operation due to the heavy casualties of the UniSols at the hands of Deveraux, Scott kills Perry and the other scientists, and cut off their ears to make a necklace composed of these just like in Vietnam. He then continues his pursuit of Deveraux and Veronica.
- While attempting to revive two further incapacitated UniSols at the supermarket which resulted for only one UniSol who will recover, Scott verbally lashes out at supermarket's frightened patrons. The police are called to stop, but they fail as they are effortlessly killed by Scott.
- Scott and one of the last UniSols gets into the mobile truck HQ to chase after Deveraux and Veronica being arrested by the police and in route to prison in prison bus, murdering most of escorting police officers.
- At the farm of Deveraux's parents, Deveraux reminds him of the Vietnam War during the confrontation, Scott refuse to accept this as well as the fact that their enemity has no more meaning.
- After easily beating Deveraux thanks to the serum syringe that makes him stronger, Scott takes pleasure of letting Veronica run for her life before he throws a grenade at her in the same way as the female Vietnamese hostage, seemingly killing her. But it's later revealed Veronica survived thanks to the piece of machinery shielding her.
- As he is impaled on the corn thresher, he attempts to grab Deveraux, only for him to break Scott's arm before shredding him by turning on the thresher.
- Before being one of the UniSols programmed to rescue hostages from the terrorists and stop all who oppose him along with the other UniSols and scientists, what Scott did in Vietnam War, as horrible it was, was purely out of sadism.
- Even after regaining free will from his controllers, he kill them and continues enjoying committing crimes.
Universal Soldier: Regeneration[]
- Despite being created as an upgraded clone by Dr. Colin. Scott had serious mental issues as he kills Commander Topov before killing Dr. Colin.
- It is to note that Scott still has moral agency as he ask questions which Dr. Colin refuse to.
- Despite his memories being distorted, he told Luc that both are "good like that", implying Scott still remember his enemity with Luc.
Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning[]
- When Magnus slaughters male patrons and female employees raids at the brothel, Scott overpowers him and injects him with a serum syringe that free him from the government's control.
