Alistair Pratt is the main antagonist of the 2002 horror film FearDotCom.
He was portrayed by Stephen Rea.
History[]
A mentally ill mad doctor with a nihilistic view of life, Alistair kidnaps multiple women across the states and conducts experiments on them using what they fear the most. He films his torturous experiments on his dark web blog for days on end, only killing his victims once they beckon for death.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- Kicks off the film's events by murdering Jeaninne Richardson, prompting her vengeful ghost to create the titular "FearDotCom.com" and kill the people who watched her suffer for 48 hours.
- Snuff films his torturous experiments on numerous women he kidnapped to practice his views of nihilism, only killing them when they beckon for death.
- Uses his current victim as a meat shield when Mike breaks into his lab.
- Taunts Mike and Terry of nobody coming to support them by showing a mutilated corpse of a police cop.
- Fatally shoots Mike and takes Terry hostage, fully interested in torturing her to death as well.
