Alicia Lohmeyer is a minor antagonist in the second season of the anime Code Geass. She is a Britannian bureaucrat and advisor to Nunnally when the latter is appointed Viceroy of Area 11, but keeps trying to subvert her authority.
She was voiced by Akeno Watanabe in Japanese and was dubbed by Dorothy Elias-Fahn in English.
What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]
- She's a racist and corrupt official who despises both Nunnally (for trying to help the Japanese) and Suzaku (for being Japanese himself).
- She frequently belittles Nunnally and tries to incite her to take harsher action against the Elevens.
- When a crowd of a million Japanese dress as Zero and demand to be exiled, she orders Suzaku to open fire on them, then tries to fire into the crowd herself and have them massacred, insulting Suzaku's racial heritage when he stops her.
- She creates a plan to reconstruct a ghetto which will be discriminatory to the Elevens and tries to deceive Nunnally into supporting the plan. When Nunnally refuses, Lohmeyer continues to bully her into changing her policies to treat them worse.
- She orders the execution of Kallen behind Nunnally's back out of sheer spite for Nunnally having befriended her.
- While she evacuates Nunnally when Schneizel orders it, it was to avoid being punished instead of kindness as she clearly hates her.
- Despite Code Geass having a huge heinous standard, she manages to stand out due to being among of the most racist Britannians and attempting to massacre a million Japanese people, with her also having limited resources since she lacks a Geass or a Code.
