Abaddon is a supporting antagonist on the TV series Supernatural. She is a supporting antagonist of the 8th season and one of the two main antagonists (along with Metatron) in the ninth season.

Abaddon was single-handedly responsible for the extinction of the original Men of Letters. She arrived in the present through time travel in her hunt for Henry Winchester. However, upon discovering what Hell had turned into in her absence, ruled by Crowley, Abaddon dropped the hunt for the key and started a civil war to take over Hell and then remake the world as she saw fit—with herself as Queen of Hell, ruling over demons, angels, and humans alike.

She was portrayed by Alaina Huffman.

What Makes Her Pure Evil?

• Despite being a demon, she has clear moral agency and consciously wants to do evil.
• Possessed the body of Colette, and tried to convince Cain to come back to her, beginning slowly murdering Colette by twisting her neck in the horrible angles, saying that if she wouldn't have Cain, neither Colette would, causing Cain to stab her with the First Blade. And while she escaped, she caused Cain accidentally kill his own wife,
• Murdered Father Thompson.
• Set up in Maine possessing a Nun, and had her followers possess other members.
• Began mining peoples souls to personally make demons who were only loyal to her.
• Caused the nun murder two people and commit suicide.
• Tried to possess Henry and steal the Men of Letters secrets.
• When Josie managed to convince her to take her instead, she mocked her as she realized Josie loved Henry, telling her he only loved her as a sister.
• Possessed Josie and told her remaining minion to pretend to be cured.
• Impersonated Josie and taunted Henry, by saying they had won.
• Bullied the nun who saw the truth in silence.
• Slaughtered all members of the Men of Letters, except Henry.
• Followed Henry 55 years into the future and attcked him, Dean and Sam.
• Murdered a man who spotted them, after reading his memories, by slitting his throat.
• Took the memories of the clerk, murdered her and stole the clothes.
• Snuck into the home of Larry Ganem, a surviving member of the Men of Letters and possessed his wife.
• Attacked Sam and Larry, knocking Sam out and murdering Larry with a butcher's knife.
• Contacted Dean and Henry and told them to give her box or she would kill Sam.
